The whitening effect varies with different individuals and should last at least eight weeks. The less coffee, red wine and curry you have the better it is! Needless to say, smoking’s the worst type of staining ever.

I’m definitely going to see my dentist for teeth whitening!! I have not whitened my teeth before, I wonder how long does the whitening effect stays on?

You can go to any dentist and find out more actually – my dentist is Yee Dental Surgery at Bangsar Shopping Centre. Nice clinic and good service! But a bit expensive.

Yes, power bleaching does not give you control over how white you want ur teeth to be. Professional home bleaching however, may be more suitable as you can control how white you want your teeth to be depending on the number of nights you apply the bleaching agent. Hope that helps!

I was thinking about getting my teeth whitened! But sometimes they make it far too white and one can look a bit odd.
