Dreamy Beach Wedding at Pulau Redang

20 Sep

One of the most beautiful things about living in Malaysia is the fact that we probably have the most gorgeous natural surroundings ever. We are blessed with pristine beaches, lush greenery, and fair weather, which of course makes for great outdoor events. Chris and Khamelia played this to their advantage by having their wedding ceremony and dinner by the sea at Berjaya Redang Beach Resort, Pulau Redang. Enjoy x

Personally, some of my favourite pictures from wedding albums are the ones that depict what goes on behind the scenes. Take for example these amazing shots of the bride getting ready with her posse.

Note how having both colour and black and white photographs help to capture a variety of moods in your pictures…

Meet the parents! Here at WGA, we’re definitely seeing a lot of mixed marriages nowadays which is wonderful. ‘United Nations’ I say! (more…)

Pretty Pre-wedding Shots In Melbourne

6 Sep

From what we hear at WGA, it seems a ‘must’ nowadays for couples to get their pre-wedding shots done. And why not? What could be better than spending a day with your partner, taking gorgeous photos in different locations. With a credible and professional photographer by your side, you can be assured that your pics will definitely turn out a lot snazzier than those facebook ones! And *ahem*, it’ll be something special to show the kids, yes?

For Stanley & Jacinta, they chose to take their pre-wedding photos in Melbourne and use the notable Jim Liaw from JLP. Enjoy!

You need to put a bit of effort into your pre-wedding photos ladies! In these pics, the couple shot in the Melbourne CBD from afternoon till night. Even stopping by the popular Flinders street (I would of tried to sneak in some shopping haha).

Still smiling in the evening! ‘Modeling’ can be hard work, but it’s worth it when you get an amazing shot.

Melbourne is known as the ‘arts’ hub of Australia. Not only does it have hip eateries and chic boutiques, but the city holds great character and architecture. There are many old, beautiful churches to choose from should you wish to take photos or to hold a traditional wedding.

Model: ‘Mas’ from Iran. She’s not a professional model but doesn’t she look like one? Gosh, I really feel like I need to spruce up after looking at her photos!

Top marks for the make-up here by Wedding Isle – remember to always enhance your best feature when it comes to make-up.

In Mas’s case, it’s her beautiful eyes!
