WeddingGuideAsia.com Website (herein known as the “Site”) is an online information service owned and operated by Lumina Guides (herein known as “Lumina Guides”), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions stated below as well as in the Privacy Policy (herein known as the “Agreement”) set forth below.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by the Agreement, you may not access or use the Site. Lumina Guides may modify the Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the site. 1. Copyright, Licenses and Posting/Transmitting Content

The following Content is prohibited: (i) Copyrighted material and trademarks that are used without the express permission of the owner; (ii) Advertisements, promotions, solicitations or offers to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose unless you have Lumina Guides written consent to do so; (iii) Pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene Content; (iv) Content that exploits children or minors; (v) Content that discloses or contains any personally identifying information beyond a first name about any person who appears to be under the age of 18 or that includes private, confidential information; (vi) Content that we have reason to believe was posted for malevolent purposes, including libel, slander, defamation or harassment; (vii) Content that may be deemed grossly offensive to the Site community, including, but not limited to, blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or profanity; (viii) Content promoting or providing instructional information about illegal or illicit activities; (ix) Content that transmits or contains viruses, corrupted files, or any similar element.

We examine the Content on the Site on a regular basis and we maintain the absolute right (though not the obligation) to remove any Content that does not meet the standards listed above or that is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. The provisions of sections 4 (Use of the Site), and 6 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of the Site, Lumina Guides and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Site. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Posting/Transmitting Content), 4 (Use of the Site), 6 (Indemnification), 7 (Third Party Rights) and 9 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Malaysia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between the Site, Lumina Guides and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Malaysia . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. The Site’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Lumina Guides may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
